What is the best location for a 2/3 BHK flat in Gurgaon?
Gurgaon is one of the leading cities in India and an established industrial, economic and financial hub of the country. It is strategically located near Delhi, the capital of the nation. In recent times, Gurgaon has become an attractive city for working professionals from all over the country because it is the home to more than half of the Fortune 500 companies and has ample job opportunities. An increase in population has meant an increase in the demand for residential properties. Several reputed builders and real estate developers have constructed residential projects, apartment complexes to suit every budget.
Let me tell you about some of the best locations for a residential property, especially a 2-3BHK flat in Gurgaon. It is a difficult choice to make because there are so many that offer the best opportunities and an ambient environment. However, I have listed a few down below based on my personal choice. I have been a resident of Gurgaon for over 20 years and have seen the area develop during this period.
- Krisumi Waterfall Residences: This is a residential project located in Sector 36A, New Gurgaon. A modern residential complex, it offers several luxury facilities such as a clubhouse, restaurant, lounge, spa, etc. The complex is designed in the Japanese style of art and architecture and is located in a prime location with a 3-minute drive to NH 8. It also has excellent connectivity to IGI airport. The 2-3 BHK apartments are priced starting from Rs 8790 per sq ft. 2BHK flats are the common room configuration in this locality and most of them are semi-furnished. Sector 36A is rated 4.9 on the basis of its environment, connectivity, ease of commuting, and cleanliness.
- Sector 108: This is also a developing sector that is conveniently located only 3 kms away from the Dwarka Expressway. Most of the properties in this locality are high rise apartments, although a few residential plots are still available. Sector 108 is conveniently located 15-20 km away from Cyber city which makes it an attractive choice for working professionals. 3BHK is the common room configuration in this locality. A new upcoming luxury residential project by Sobha Ltd has 2-3 BHK flats in the range of 1381 sq ft to 2343 sq ft with all modern facilities and conveniences. Sector 108 is rated 3.5 based on safety, environment, and neighbourhood. It ranks quite high in shopping, hospitals and markets.
- MG Road which is also known as National Highway 148A is a significant commercial hub of Gurgaon. It has good connectivity to prime facilities and is also connected to International Tech Park. 3BHK is the most common room configuration in this locality with 76% of the properties being multi-storey apartments. MG Road is rated 4.3 othe based on environment, cleanliness, ease of commuting and hygiene standards. It has parks, schools, health centres and many more facilities in this locality which makes it an attractive choice for homeowners and families.
Although I have only listed three of my preferred choices, there are several other projects available for 2-3 BHK flats and apartments. Essel Tower Is another well-known project in a superb location and extensive facilities in a gated community.
